The Wild Wheat Bread of the month changes each month to reflect a specially formulated limited edition loaf from our favourite bakers!
This month's loaf is a Pain De Campagne - the Wild Wheat take on a Rustic French Sourdough loaf - perfectly delicious as toast, as an addition to a cheese board, or to have on its own. It has the chewy crust of a baguette, but the more complex flavour of a whole wheat loaf. The ingredients are simple: Sour starter, white flour, wholemeal flour, rye flour, water, salt & yeast
