Vegan Avocado Pasta
The best ideas are always the simplest and of course the quickest, because they are the ones that stick around.
1 handful of fresh
Juice from 1 lime or lemon
1 cup of almond milk
1. Blend avocados, spinach leaves, almond milk and juice from a lemon together into a smooth paste.
2. Toss through cooked pasta.
3. Delicious served with toasted cashew nuts or walnuts on top.
