Introduce a Friend Promo:
The introduce a friend promo will run from May 11th through June 30th, 2017. During that time, Foodbox will collect a list of anyone who adds the name of a customer to the "I was Introduced By" field during registration. These names will be used to draw one winner at the end of the month. New customers are also eligible to receive free shipping with their first delivery with the use of an available promotional code. One winner and the friend whom they introduced to Foodbox will be drawn at the end of June, and each winner will receive their regular Foodbox order free for the month of July. The winners will be chosen randomly at the discretion of the Foodbox team. Terms are subject to change and we reserve the right to cancel the giveaway at any time.
Purchases and deliveries
We endeavor to get your order to you within our stated delivery times, however cannot guarantee delivery on time. We are not liable for any mis-deliveries due to incorrect addresses being provided. We reserve the right to accept or refuse orders for any reason.
We can't absolutely guarantee supply of all produce listed due to environmental supply factors out of our control. However we do guarantee an equivalent replacement item to the full value should we not be able to source something from the online list.
Failure to pay for a box does not necessarily mean your delivery will be cancelled. You must cancel your delivery and not rely on non-payment as a form of cancellation.
Credit Card payments
Payments are processed through the secure DPS Payment Express system. Any credit card details stored for recurring payments are done so on the DPS system. No credit card information is stored by us and we are PCI compliant. Payments must be received before an order can be dispatched.
Automatic payments must be provided with a notable reference number. We take no responsibility for automatic payments made that cannot be traced to a customer. Automatic payments must be received prior to an order's dispatch.
Due to the perishable nature of our products we are unable to accept cancellations or make amendments on delivery day. However if you change your mind about your purchases we can amend your order up until 5pm the day before delivery. Foodbox uses a system of confirmation popups instead of emails to reduce the number of unnecessary emails in your inbox. By hitting 'confirm', you have added the item to your upcoming deliveries and acknowledged that you wish to receive it. Any changes can be made up until 11:30pm on the evening before your delivery is scheduled to be dispatched.
Due to the perishable nature of produce, if you are unhappy with any of our products please notify us within 1 day of delivery, so we can come to the best resolution for you. If the issue cannot be resolved and we can't deliver a replacement item we will credit or refund the payment for the unsatisfactory item(s).
Regarding chiller box returns: We do our best to credit your account for the chiller box return within the week that it is returned. Chiller boxes must be returned within 6 months of the order for the credit to be applied. If your box is delivered outside of our regular delivery areas within Auckland, Hamilton, and Tauranga - we are unable to collect or credit chiller boxes and packaging.
If you incur any outstanding debts we will in the first instance try to recover the outstanding monies through our own internal recovery process. Should this process not recover the outstanding debts your debt will be transferred to Baycorp for collection. Baycorp fees will be added to your debt and you will be required to pay for collection costs. To do this we would disclosure your personal information to Baycorp.
We try to guarantee the accuracy of all information in this website however this website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any endorsement or representation made and we make no warranties of any kind in relation to the Foodbox.co.nz Ltd website. We make no warranty that the Foodbox.co.nz Ltd site will operate on your computer free from errors with no loss of information when transmitting data through the Foodbox.co.nz Ltd website or server. All information on this site can be changed at any time without notification. Foodbox.co.nz offer no warranty that the use of this site will not result in the "infection" of computers with internet based contamination such as, but not restricted to viruses or "Trojan Worms".
Foodbox.co.nz reserves the right at anytime, without notice to modify, suspend or terminate operation of this site, block users from accessing the site or to interrupt the operation of the site.
Limitation of Liability
Except where prohibited by law Foodbox.co.nz will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental or punitive damages.
Personal and password details
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your personal details at all times, including credit card and any personal account details. You agree to notify Foodbox.co.nz immediately of any discretion or unauthorized use of your personal details.
If insufficient personal information is not supplied, or is not satisfactory to us, then we reserve the right to refuse an application to register to use Foodbox.co.nz.
Collection of information
We collect personal information for the purposes of:
a) processing your registration application
b) processing and delivery of your orders
c) enforcing and legal or other rights we may have against yo in any manner that we see fit
d) send you any advertising or promotional material
e) enhancing the Foodbox.co.nz shopping experience
