Roasted Brussel Sprouts
A handful of brussel sprouts
1-2 Tbsp olive oil
Optional extras: cashew Nuts, balsamic vinegar
1. Prep brussel sprouts (as above)
2. Lay in a roasting tray and drizzle over olive oil & sprinkle over salt
3. Roast for 5 minutes at 180C
4. Remove, grate over cheese
6. Return, roast for a further 5 minutes
7. Serve. It delicious served with the extras above, or more parmesan.
Delightful served with roast chicken.
