
Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
500g brussels sprouts, halved
Olive oil
Salt
Method
Preheat oven to 200C.
Microwave or steam them prior to roasting them.
Place the brussels sprouts on a baking tray lined with baking paper, drizzle over olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
Bake for 20-25 minutes then remove from the oven.

Flavour Variations
Add chopped bacon bits and drizzle with maple syrup
Drizzle with thick balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with parmesan
Drizzle with teriyaki sauce and sprinkle over sesame seeds
