Pork and Brussels Sprout Pizza


2 pizza bases

160g tomato paste

200g pork and fennel sausages

150g brussels sprouts, finely chopped

200g mozzarella, grated

1 medium sized red onion

1 tsp chilli flakes

Salt and pepper


Preheat oven to 220C.

Place each pizza base on an oven tray lined with baking paper.

Spread each base with tomato paste.

Remove the casings from the sausages, break off pieces and roll balls.

Divide the brussels sprouts, sausage, mozzarella, red onion, and chilli flakes between the pizzas and season with salt and pepper.

Place pizzas in the oven and cook for 12 minutes. Remove from the oven, slice and serve.
