Kumara Fries

Ingredients

1kg orange kumara

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt

Pepper

Method

Preheat oven to 200C.

Cut the kumara into lengthways into chips.

Place on a baking tray, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Roast for 30–35 minutes until crunchy and golden.

Serve with your favourite sauces.
