
Honey, Orange and Thyme Baby Carrots
Ingredients
500g baby carrots
1 orange, juiced
60ml honey
5 sprigs of thyme
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Method
Preheat oven to 200C.
Place the carrots in a bowl with olive oil, honey, orange juice, thyme, salt and pepper and toss to coat.
Place on a baking tray and roast for 30 minutes until tender.
Serves 4 as a side.
