Garlic and Ginger Asian Greens


2 Pak Choy or any other variety of Asian greens

1 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp minced ginger

1/2 tsp dried chilli

2 tbsp oil

Salt & Pepper to serve


Prepare and cut the pak choy in half and rinse under water.

Heat two tablespoons of oil in a wok or sauté pan.

Add the minced garlic. ginger, chilli, and stir for 30 seconds.

Add the pak choy and use tongs to toss and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Pour two tablespoons of water into the pan, cover with a lid and cook for 2 minutes more.

Turn off the heat, sprinkle a little sea salt and black pepper, stir and serve!
