Frozen Kiwifruit Slices

Ingredients

1kg kiwifruit

Method

Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Cut the kiwifruit into 3cm thick slices (you can leave the skin on or peel it off if you like).

Lay the pieces flat on the baking tray and place them in the freezer for 2 hours.

Transfer the kiwifruit slices to a plastic bag and keep them in the freezer for when you need them.

These frozen kiwifruit slices are great to have on hand when making a smoothie, dessert or simply for a nice cold snack.
