Feta and Spinach Gozleme


4 wraps or flatbreads

800g spinach, roughly chopped

240g ricotta

150g feta, crumbled




Place the spinach, ricotta, feta, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well to combine.

Spread the spinach mixture on one side of each wrap and fold.

Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Cook the gozleme in batches for 3-4 minutes each side until nice and golden.

Serve with yoghurt and lemon wedges.
