Caprese Salad


600g tomatoes

200g baby tomatoes

2 tbsp olive oil

125g buffalo mozzarella

1/3 cup basil leaves

Salt and pepper


Cut large tomatoes into 3cm thick slices and cut baby tomatoes in half.

Place tomatoes onto a large serving plate.

Tear mozzarella into pieces and scatter over the tomatoes.

Scatter basil leaves over the tomatoes.

Drizzle olive oil over the tomatoes, mozzarella and basil and season with salt and pepper.
