- 2 avocados
- 2 cans of tuna
- cucumber and/or
- capsicum pieces
1. Mix filling at a ratio 70% tinned tuna and 30% mayonnaise with raw sweetcorn kernels within the mix
2. Remove the stone, scoop out the centre and fill your avocado.
3. Top with cucumber & capsicum.
