Roast Vegetable Dips

Ingredients
Dip 1
- 1/4 roasted pumpkin
- 2 tbsp of chickpeas
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 1/2 tsp of ground cumin
- 4 tbsp of walnut oil
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/4 kumara
- Lemon juice from half a lemon
- 1 tbsp from your favourite salad oil (e.g. olive oil, sesame oil)
- 2 tbsp of chickpeas
Method
Add ingredients together in a blender and blend until you have a smooth dip!
