Idea 1, Red Salad:

Fresh tomatoes with grilled capsicum served with olive oil and basil on top.  You could add either mozzarella or poached egg.

Idea 2, Green Salad:

Cucumber, spinach leaves, fresh peas and lightly steamed broccoli served with an avocado and sesame seeds.
