- 8 radishes
- 1/2 cup of yoghurt
- 2 tsp of dijon mustard
- 1 tsp of honey
- 1 handful of fresh chives (optional)
- Juice from 1 lemon
- French stick
- Pastrami (or roast beef is tasty too)
- Grate radish
- In a bowl mix together radish, yoghurt, mustard, honey and lemon juice
- Slice the breadstick make the sandwich as seen in the photo.
