Ingredients

  • 8 radishes
  • 1/2 cup of yoghurt
  • 2 tsp of dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp of honey
  • 1 handful of fresh chives (optional)
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • French stick
  • Pastrami (or roast beef is tasty too)
 

Method

  1. Grate radish
  2. In a bowl mix together radish, yoghurt, mustard, honey and lemon juice
  3. Slice the breadstick make the sandwich as seen in the photo.
