Ingredients

  • 2 Pears
  • 1/4 cup of natural yoghurt
  • 1 cup of cashew milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Method

  1. Blend everything together
Other great ingredients or replacements include:
  • Honey for maple syrup
  • A touch of ground cardamon
  • Almond and/or coconut milk
  • Half a banana to thicken it
  • Vanilla ice cream to turn it into a milkshake
  • A few dates to add a chewy texture and more sweetness
