Pear Puff Pastry

Ingredients
- 2 pears sliced
- 1/4 cup apple puree
- 1 egg
- A pinch of cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tsp lime jelly crystals
Method
- Slice pears
- Grease a tart tray and lay out puff pastry sheet
- Mix together apple puree, eggs and cinnamon and spread over pastry
- Lay pear slices on top
- Dissolve jelly crystals in 1 tbsp boiling water and glaze over top of the dish
- Bake for 20-30 minutes until the pastry turns golden brown
- Dust with icing sugar before serving
