Ingredients

5 peaches
1-2 Tbsp coconut sugar
1/2 cup of gluten free flour
1/2 cup of almond flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
A pinch of nutmeg
A pinch of salt
Vanilla extract
100g butter
1 egg

Method

  1. Slice peaches and sprinkle sugar on top
  2. Mix dry ingredients together and pop on top of peaches
  3. Bake at 180°C for 20 mins
  4. Serve with vanilla ice cream, cream or natural yoghurt
