Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of roast pumpkin
  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar (or normal sugar)
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 cup of natural yoghurt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Method

  1. Mix everything together and set in the fridge overnight, serve the next day with a dash of yoghurt and any extra fruit
Tips:
  • Make a whole batch for the week, use jars if you run short of containers
