Oven Baked Fish
Dish: main meal
Cuisine: New Zealand
- A fish fillet
- Carrot finely sliced into fresh sticks
- 1-2 tsp of soy sauce
- 1 tsp of fresh ginger
1. In a tin foil pocket, wrap the fish up with all the above ingredients
2. Bake for 10-12 minutes until delightfully flakey.
4. Serve with fried ShangHai or Pak Choy leaves, (simply cut the base so you have individual leaves and fry in oil for 30 seconds), delightfully simple.
