Orange Chia Seed Breakfast

Ingredients
- 1 cup of almond nut milk
- Juice from 1 orange
- 1-2 tsp of honey
- Natural yoghurt and/or kiwifruit for topping
Method
- Mix everything together in a bowl and pour into individual containers
- Set in the fridge overnight
- Layer with natural yoghurt
- Use small click clack containers and make up a batch for the week. Think of them as a refined sugar-free replacement for yoghurt
