Ingredients

  • 1 cup of almond nut milk
  • Juice from 1 orange
  • 1-2 tsp of honey
  • Natural yoghurt and/or kiwifruit for topping

Method

  1. Mix everything together in a bowl and pour into individual containers
  2. Set in the fridge overnight
  3. Layer with natural yoghurt
Tips:
  • Use small click clack containers and make up a batch for the week. Think of them as a refined sugar-free replacement for yoghurt
