Moroccan Fish Pie
Yield: 2-3 servings

- 2-3 large fish steaks 400-500g
- 2 cups of Tomato Passata
- 1-2 capsicums
- 2-3 tomatoes (optional)
1 cup of polenta (cook by pouring 2 cups of boiling water) Boil for 2-5 minu+es, Stir continuously, Squeeze over fresh lemon juice before serving)
- Mix together and rub ingredients and rub over the fish, leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 180c, pour-over the Passata and bake for 45 minutes until cooked through and lightly browned on top
- Serve immediately with polenta or potato nosh t0 the side
