Ingredients

Meat Fillings:
  • Pre-cooked beef cheek
  • Pre-cooked Brisket
(A Foodbox product whereby you simply boil in the bag for 10 minutes)
  • Mexican Mince
Fry mince in onion for 5-10 minutes until cooked Vegetable filling ideas:
  • Sliced capsicum, or avocado
  • Finely diced cabbage
  • Julienned carrot
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Raw grated courgette with lemon juice squeezed over top
Guacamole
  • 1 avocado
  • Juice from half a lemon or lime
  • 1/2tsp cumin
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp  sweet chilli sauce
Blend everything together

Method

Vegetarian or vegan alternatives:
  1. Fry an onion in 2 tsp of each paprika and chiptole spices and 1 Tbsp cooking oil
  2. Add sweetcorn kernels from one sweetcorn and for 1-2 minutes to caramelise the corn
  3. Then add a tin of black beans or red kidney beans along with 125g of tomato paste.  Reduce the mix on medium heat (add boiling water if required) for 2-5 minutes until a thick filling forms
  4. Delicious
