Ingredients

  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 2 tbsp good quality peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp peanut oil
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • A handful of roasted sunflower seeds, 3 tsp cumin seeds and paprika for serving

  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Celery
  • Sliced cabbage
  • Capsicum slices

Method

  1. Drain chickpeas
  2. Blend chickpeas, peanut butter, peanut oil and almond flour together
  3. Fry sunflower seeds and cumin seeds in a dry fry pan
  4. Sprinkle on top some paprika and serve with dipping vegetables
