Hummus Without Tahini

Ingredients
- 1 can of chickpeas
- 2 tbsp good quality peanut butter
- 2 tbsp peanut oil
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- A handful of roasted sunflower seeds, 3 tsp cumin seeds and paprika for serving

- Sliced tomatoes

- Sliced cabbage
- Capsicum slices
Method
- Drain chickpeas
- Blend chickpeas, peanut butter, peanut oil and almond flour together
- Fry sunflower seeds and cumin seeds in a dry fry pan
- Sprinkle on top some paprika and serve with dipping vegetables
