Ingredients

Yes it is refined sugar free!
  • 1 cup of  dates (made up to 1 cup with boiling water to soften the dates)
  • 1 1/2 cups of coconut flour
  • 1 cup of coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup of cacao
If you prefer a darker chocolate (not sweet at all) add 3/4 cup of cacao and leave out the date water (but still use the dates).
