  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tbsp sugar (use honey to keep it refined sugar free)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa (use cacao if you will like to keep it “raw”)

Method

  1. Mash everything together with a fork
  2. Spoon into containers and you are done
