- 1 cup of torn green leaves, approximately 1 bunch of spinach with stalks removed or 3 leaves of kale with stalks removed
- 3/4 cup of almond milk ( this is the key, the nutty flavour matches the greens)
- 1/4 cup of coconut milk or coconut cream
- 1/2 a banana
- If you don’t have coconut milk, add 1 cup of almond milk and 1 tbsp of peanut butter. Honestly, you won’t believe how delicious it is until you try for yourself
