Asian inspired

Beef pattie served with mung beans, grated carrot, coriander.  Simply fry mung beans in a little oil with garlic and add freshly grated carrot and finely diced coriander.  For the dressing mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce and a touch of mayonnaise.
The classic like the picture below, with lettuce, tomato, your favourite cheese and mayonnaise.  I like to mix a little tomato relish through my mayonnaise.
