Ingredients

  • 1 inch of fresh ginger (1 inch makes a good strong 2-4 cups)
  • 1 tsp of honey

Method

  1. Prepare ginger by peeling and cutting finely
  2. Boil in a pot for 10-20 minutes, the longer you boil the stronger the flavour
  3. Strain and serve with a tsp of honey
Tips: to peel the ginger, use the back of a spoon
