GF Cauliflower Pizza Base

Ingredients
- 1 small cauliflower – 2 cups of cauliflower flour
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of almond meal
- 1 tsp salt
Method
- Blend cauliflower into a fine wet water
- Mix everything together into a wet base
- Grease baking paper (the base is sticky) and flatten out the base using your fingers, on baking paper
- Bake at 200c for 15 minutes until browned on the edges
- Top with tomato paste, cheese, vegetables e.g. shredded courgettes, mushrooms, tomatoes, and/or finely diced capsicum.
- Bake for a further 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbling
- Serve with extra green vegetables on top e.g. basil, rocket of fresh spinach
