GF Cauliflower Pizza Base

  • 1 small cauliflower – 2 cups of cauliflower flour
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of almond meal
  • 1 tsp salt


  1. Blend cauliflower into a fine wet water
  2. Mix everything together into a wet base
  3. Grease baking paper (the base is sticky) and flatten out the base using your fingers, on baking paper
  4. Bake at 200c for 15 minutes until browned on the edges
  5. Top with tomato paste, cheese, vegetables e.g. shredded courgettes, mushrooms, tomatoes, and/or finely diced capsicum.
  6. Bake for a further 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbling
  7. Serve with extra green vegetables on top e.g. basil, rocket of fresh spinach
