Ingredients
- 10 Feijoas
- Juice from 1 line (or lemon)
- 1 tsp of raw sugar
- 5 mint leaves
- 1/2 red onion
- 2-3cm of cucumber
- 4 chicken breasts
Method
- Put your favourite vegetables to steam. The salsa is very quick:
- Scoop out the feijoa centres and chop into chunky pieces. Add to a salad bowl
- Add finely chopped red onion, cucumber and mint
- Dissolve sugar in lime juice and stir through salsa … Done (Wickedly quick)
- To prepare the full meal in 15 minutes, Chop chicken into bite-sized pieces and quickly fry. However, this salsa is also delicious with roast or baked chicken.
