  • 10 Feijoas
  • Juice from 1 line (or lemon)
  • 1 tsp of raw sugar
  • 5 mint leaves
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 2-3cm of cucumber
  • 4 chicken breasts
 

Method

  1. Put your favourite vegetables to steam. The salsa is very quick:
  2. Scoop out the feijoa centres and chop into chunky pieces. Add to a salad bowl
  3. Add finely chopped red onion, cucumber and mint
  4. Dissolve sugar in lime juice and stir through salsa … Done (Wickedly quick)
  5. To prepare the full meal in 15 minutes, Chop chicken into bite-sized pieces and quickly fry. However, this salsa is also delicious with roast or baked chicken.
