Ingredients

  • 3-4 slices of schnitzel
  • 2-3 eggs
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • cooking oil
  • 1/4 white cabbage
  • 2 tbsp of cream
  • 1 tsp of horseradish
  • salt to taste

Method

  1. Pop your cabbage onto steam
  2. In a frypan heat2 cm of cooking oil. Watch the oil doesn’t burn
  3. Prepare schnitzel by coating in flour, then egg and finally breadcrumbs
  4. Add to the hot oil (It should splatter a little when you place it in the oil). Fry for 30sec-1 mins, Until brown on one side
  5. Flip, fry the second side for the same time, Remove and pat dry with paper towel.
  6. Repeat steps 3-5, with each side on schnitzel
  7. When you’ve finished cooking your schnitzel the cabbage will be ready
  8. Blend cooked cabbage with cream, horseradish and a little salt
  9. Done! serve like below, with either roast vegetables or a salad to the side
