Corned Beef with Guinness

Ingredients

  • 1 corned beef
  • 1 diced beef
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 10 cloves
  • 1 bottle of Guinness draught

Method

  1. Add everything to the crockpot (or a casserole dish)
  2. Pop on to cook for 4-6 hours on high heat or 6-8 hours on low heat
  3. Remove and carve. It is really that simple!
  4. Don’t forget to steam some vegas, braise some cabbage and boil some lovely fresh potatoes
  5. Serve with a little mustard on the side
