Corned Beef with Guinness

Ingredients
- 1 corned beef
- 1 diced beef
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 10 cloves
- 1 bottle of Guinness draught
Method
- Add everything to the crockpot (or a casserole dish)
- Pop on to cook for 4-6 hours on high heat or 6-8 hours on low heat
- Remove and carve. It is really that simple!
- Don’t forget to steam some vegas, braise some cabbage and boil some lovely fresh potatoes
- Serve with a little mustard on the side
