Ingredients

Oat Base

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup of soften dates
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 Tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa
  • 1/2 cup of almond meal

Snickers Topping

  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp date water

Method

  1. Mix oat base ingredients together, to make a base
  2. Press into a greased mini cup cake holder tray and freeze for 30 mins while you prepare the topping
  3. Mix topping ingredients together and top cakes
  4. Grate over dark chocolate
  5. Eat immediately or store refrigerated for up to 1 week
