Ingredients

  • 1 carrot
  • 1 apple
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 free range chicken breasts
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • salt and pepper
  • fresh parsley

Method

  1. Chop apples, carrots and chicken breast in a food processor so it is a lumpy chunky mix
  2. Add flour, breadcrumbs and eggs and make into patties
  3. Coat in oil, lay out on a baking paper and bake for 30 minutes
  4. Can be eaten cold or heated. Store for up to 4 days in the fridge
