Chicken and Broccoli Pasta

  • 400g of chicken breast
  • ½ a broccoli head
  • 300g of pasta
  • 1 Tbsp of honey
  • 1 Tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 clove of crushed garlic (or 1 tsp)
  • 1 jar of tomato passata or 1 pouch of pasta Pomodoro sauce
  • Optional – toasted pine nuts


1. Dice broccoli into chunky florets and put onto steam for 10 mins
2. Dice chicken into bite-sized pieces and fry in garlic, honey and olive oil for 10 mins until browned
3. Add sauce and simmer for 10 mins
5. While the sauce is simmering, cook the pasta
6. Plate everything together and serve with pine nuts on top!
