  • 1 capsicum
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup of white sugar
  • 1/4 tsp of paprika
  • 1/4 tsp of crushed garlic
  • 1/2 tsp of crushed chilli
  • 250g of cream cheese


  1. Seed and slice capsicums into strips and roast at 180°C for 30mins in olive oil
  2. Remove capsicums from the oven and peel off skins. Chop into tiny chunks
  3. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 20 mins until a thick jam like sauce forms, let cool
  4. To serve turn the cream cheese tub upside down and remove cheese
  5. Pour the capsicum sauce on top and serve with crackers,… Hungry yet?
