Ingredients
- 12 slices of pork schnitzel
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- 2 tsp cinnamon and cumin
- 2 apples
- 2 slices of bread (make it gluten free, use gluten free bread)
- 1 onion
- 100g walnuts
- 1 chilli
- 1 tsp salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Prepare stuffing by adding all ingredients to a food processor and finely chop. Alternatively use a knife and finely chop into a 1mm dice
- Rub each pork slice with rub covering both sides
- Fill each slice with a dessert spoon or thereabouts of stuffing and roll up
- Cook for 15-20 mins until meat is cooked and stuffing is hot through
- Serve,… Sweet chilli sauce or apple sauce make a great dipping sauce on the side
