Ingredients

  • 12 slices of pork schnitzel
Rub
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 2 tsp cinnamon and cumin
In a bowl dry mix the above together Stuffing
  • 2 apples
  • 2 slices of bread (make it gluten free, use gluten free bread)
  • 1 onion
  • 100g walnuts
  • 1 chilli
  • 1 tsp salt

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C
  2. Prepare stuffing by adding all ingredients to a food processor and finely chop. Alternatively use a knife and finely chop into a 1mm dice
  3. Rub each pork slice with rub covering both sides
  4. Fill each slice with a dessert spoon or thereabouts of stuffing and roll up
  5. Cook for 15-20 mins until meat is cooked and stuffing is hot through
  6. Serve,… Sweet chilli sauce or apple sauce make a great dipping sauce on the side
