Apple Date Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 sliced apple
- 7-10 dates
- 4 tbsp of natural yoghurt
- 1 cup of milk
- 2-5 drops of vanilla extract
Method
- Simply blend everything above together in a very powerful blender so that the dates are completely blended and the drink is smooth
