A mother of two, with an initial career in food product development which has lead to the last 8 years of recipe development. I love healthy cooking and fresh food. And yes, this is actually my kitchen!


I believe in keeping food simple with the best and freshest ingredients. I also love to add seasonal vegetables to everything. I think in the modern world our biggest shortfall is not eating enough vegetables. It really is that simple. More vegetables = more nutrients, more fibre, weight loss or weight maintenance, and healthier families. So in Michael Pollen words "Eat Food. Not too much. Mostly plants"
