Our Pork and Chicken is Free range, sustainably farmed, and 100% grown in New Zealand.
Our Savannah Beef is Angus by breed and are entirely grass fed on New Zealand pastures. The meat is aged for a minimum of three weeks, which increases the level of tenderness and gives Savannah Angus beef it's unique flavour.
Our Wakanui Beef grazes free range on green pastures for 18 months, after which only the best Angus and Hereford cattle are hand selected and grain finished on 100% Mid Canterbury grown GMO-free wheat, barley and maize silage. The meat is naturally aged for a minimum of 21 days, giving Wakanui its unparallelled flavour and distinctive marbling.
Our Lamb is grass fed, sustainably farmed, and 100% Kiwi grown.
Our Fish is fresh caught from kiwi waters the night before it is delivered to you. The boats usually arrive back at the docks around 2AM. The only way this fish could be fresher is if you went out with a fishing rod yourself! But hey - we're here to do all the hard work for you!
Our Venison is sourced from red deer that breed and live naturally amongst the native bush in the virgin Raukumara ranges. The deer roam free in their natural wild environment and are guaranteed to be free from additives and chemicals.
