Honey Baked Pear
Absolutely delightful and so so easy to make. Great if you have a pear tree and need to use up your pears. It's also a delicious gluten free dessert.
50g melted butter and 2 Tbsp honey mixed
1. Cut pear in half
2. Scoop out centre using a spoon
3. Drizzle and coat in honey butter
4. Bake at 180C for 30 minutes glazing every 10 minutes
5. Serve with vanilla ice cream on top or like the delicious cake below
