Healthy Banana Loaf

This recipe is moist, gluten free, dairy free and sugar free. I know it seems hard to believe it can be all of the above! Makes 2 loaves of banana bread.

Ingredients

4-5 ripe bananas
2 cups of almond flour
1 cup of oat flour (made by blending oats into a flour)
3 eggs
3 Tbsp pf honey
2 handfuls of chopped dates
5 Tbsp of coconut oil
2 tsp of vanilla essence
¾ cup of coconut/almond milk, with 1 tsp baking soda dissolved into it
1 tsp of baking powder


Method

1. Mix flours together, add wet ingredients and mix
2. Bake at 180C for 40-50 minutes until a stick comes out clean
3. Delish as is, or serve with peanut butter
