Nature knows best and when you eat in season you are; eating foods that have higher nutritional value, reducing how far your produce needs to travel therefore reducing the number of food miles on the environment, and supporting local farmers and growers which is something to feel good about.


Summer is for light, quick and easy meals so you can spend less time in the kitchen and more time outdoors enjoying the sunshine. Delicious fruit and vegetables are plentiful in the Summer months. Whip up your favourite salad and pair with fresh fish or quality cuts of meat.


As the weather turns, Autumn is perfect for soups, curries, roasts, and slow cooker meals. Make the most of in-season hearty vegetables like pumpkin, fennel, eggplant, and brussel sprouts.


The Winter season calls for comfort foods to warm the soul. Enjoy hearty Winter vegetables in soups, roasts and casseroles, Winter greens like kale and bok choy in tasty stir frys, and indulge in warm puddings.


With warmer weather arriving and lighter evenings, Spring is the time to get al fresco and crank up the barbeque. Spring offers a wide variety of fruits and vegetables for you to create amazing salads, tasty burgers and fresh pastas.
