These parfaits from the local experts are L'Authentique are free of starchy fillers, no nasty added stuff here.

Inspired by classic foie gras, L'Authentique parfaits recreate those creamy, delicate full flavours, without animal suffering. Of course local free-range duck livers are used from trusted suppliers. Sounds like a perfect lunch on top of a crusty piece of bread!
