The best way to find out if we can deliver a Foodbox to you is to register. The registration process will let you know when your delivery days are.

Yes we do deliver to a lot of smaller towns in between the main centres! Just register online and it will let you know when, and how much. Or give us a call.

Your Card isn't charged until the day your Foodbox is dispatched. For customers outside of Auckland and Hamilton, we use an overnight service so your dispatch day is the day before delivery. For example, if your Foodbox is set up for delivery on Wednesday, we'll charge your card when we pack it and dispatch it on Tuesday.

Deliveries which contain perishable products like meat, milk, and cheese will arrive in a chiller box with an ice pack to keep them fresh. If you live within our Auckland, Hamilton, and Tauranga delivery areas, our couriers will pick up your chiller boxes to be reused when they drop off your next delivery. If you're outside of those areas, the chiller box is included in your freight charge. We're working on a way to be able to collect chiller boxes that travel outside of Auckland Hamilton, and Tauranga, but at the moment we can't collect them. We'll let you know as soon as it happens!

Deliveries not mentioned above

We deliver to the majority of the lower north and far north on a next-day service. We use several couriers. When you choose a box, the calendar will let you know what day we can service your area. For example, we can deliver to the Hawkes Bay, along with Palmerston North on Tuesdays, and the Far North on Wednesdays.

For Public Holidays

On Public Holidays (Which most frequently occur on a Monday), your delivery will be pushed back one day. If you usually get your box on a Monday, it will come on a Tuesday, etc. It will come at the same time it usually comes, and you'll still be able to edit the contents of your box up until midnight on the night before delivery.

For customers outside our delivery areas

We aim to deliver the freshest produce possible, so all meat will be packed on ice and sent in a chiller pack. Also, particular items are unsuitable for courier delivery such as bread and milk, which will be made unavailable to order. Please note: You wont be able to receive a refund for your chiller pack because unfortunately at the moment the packs can't be returned.

We can courier your delivery to you within New Zealand in the North Island using Courier Post. Additional freight costs and times of delivery will vary depending on your area. You will see the cost of freight in your order summary on your 'My Foodbox' page and below is a general guide for delivery times.
