100g of parfait. Parfait is a smoother and lighter version of what we know as pate. It has all of the richness and flavour, but doesn't hide under a gelatine skin. And of course the parfait is free of starchy fillers and nasty added extras.
Inspired by classic foie gras, L'Authentique parfaits recreate those creamy, delicate full flavours, without any animal suffering. Of course local free-range duck and chicken livers are used, and only from trusted suppliers. Sounds like a perfect lunch on top of a crusty piece of bread!
