All About Deliveries

We provide fresh-to-your-door delivery in many areas around New Zealand on a 48hr service.

During the lockdown, we deliver 7 days a week and are working 24 hours a day to get orders out to you.
Orders are being delivered as expected. That means the delivery day you select on the website is when you can expect to receive your foodbox.

We are not collecting or reusing empty foodboxes during the lockdown.


Auckland, Hamilton

We service Auckland (5 days) and Hamilton (Monday and Thursday) on a same-day courier cycle. Deliveries in these areas are a flat rate between $9.50 and $10, and are calculated based on your address at checkout. Your chiller box will be collected by your courier when your next order is delivered! Delivery times range from 2:00pm to 6:30pm

Make changes to your Foodbox by 11:45 the night before your box is delivered!


Wellington, Christchurch, Tauranga

We use a next-day courier service to deliver Foodboxes in these areas. They are transported via chilled truck to a local depot, and dispatched from there. Delivery is a flat rate ranging from $9.50- $10 and is calculated based on your address. Chiller boxes are collected when your next order is delivered. Deliveries to Christchurch (Tuesday, Thursday) run on an evening cycle, and will be delivered between 4 and 7:30pm, while Wellington (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and Tauranga (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) are delivered between 2 and 6:30.

Make changes to your Foodbox the night before a box is dispatched.


Other Areas

We use Couriers in a variety of areas, including Napier, Whangarei, Waiheke Island, and Thames, but we cannot yet reach all areas of New Zealand. These are dispatched on a next-day service. The easiest way to check is to enter your delivery address into our system: From there, we'll tell you whether we can deliver to your area, and on what day. Costs are calculated based on your address, and range from $9.50 to $14.

We cannot collect chiller boxes or packaging for orders which are dispatched to these areas.


Additional Delivery Information

On weeks with public holidays, we may need to move some deliveries around to accommodate our couriers' and markets' schedules. You'll be able to keep track of these changes in your account, and you'll still be able to edit your order until 11:45 the night before it is dispatched.
All of our chilled product - meat, fish, milk, etc. - is dispatched in an insulated chiller box with ice packs. These, combined with chilled transport vehicles, mean that your order arrives safe and sound, and ready for you to enjoy!

Your card is charged on the day your Foodbox is dispatched - please keep this in mind if you are in one of our next-day delivery areas, and of course, let us know if you have any questions!
